Which is better for casters, Boreal Dwarf or Wood Elf?

If we assume taking these stats:

 

Boreal Dwarf:

 

20 might

17 dex

18 + 1 Int

 

Wood Elf:

 

18 Might

19 dex

18+1 int

 

Wood elf gets an accuracy buff to all ranged attacks / spells, boreal dwarf only gets a bonus against two types of enemies.

It really doesn't matter. They're both good. Seriously, we're getting into very tiny details here. If you have troubles with the boreal dwarf's favored enemies, go there. If you just don't care, go with wood elf. I'd rather have +2 might than +2 dexterity on my caster, though.

I picked boreal dwarves too for +2 might on my wizard and priest. But I might have to start a new game due to the patch ruining my lockpicking.
