in Need of act 1 Save

I got stuck during the "Never Far from the Queen". and i can't continue playing because i have only 2 saves during this quest...

if you're only on act 1 maybe just start a new game? how far in are you?

Please note that I wasn't aware of the stat stacking bug though..so Eder is boosted a bit in deflection in this save I think. Other companions I believe are fine.
