Endless Paths Level 13,Can't talk to the spirits

I have a problem whit the door in the endless paths level 13.

 

Basically i can't talk to any of the spirits, it's doesn't matter what i do and in what order i do it, if anyone know if this is a bug or what can i do please tell me.

I also am with this problem, already killed all the enemies and no releases to press the button to open the secret door and with it the espiroto give me some tips p open the door,

You have to progress further with the main story. You'll understand when you can go further down in the Endless Paths.
