Swift strikes shock damage bugged?

Hi all, so ive been messing with the monk class for a bit now and jsut tried a hit heavy build but im curious is swift strikes lighting damage working? It says it is on the tooltip but reading the combat log I don't see shock damage listed anywhere. Is the shock damage hidden? or is it just not working?
