Willstrike Belt: Modifies Willstrike

Spiritshift ... belt disapears, so no Willstrike modified.

This one is kind of an embarrassing oversight. But! I've added this to our database and we will be looking for a fix in an upcoming update.

I'll say to change the "temporal equipment" effect to change just the items that are marked (in this case weapons and armor) but of course it may be a balance thing to not allow it.
