Game crashes immediately

Attempting to run the game on my MacPro, and so far I haven't been able to get it to launch. Using Steam, I click play, and the POE icon appears, bounces once, and then disappears.

 

I am seeing the following in the console log, any help would be very appreciated as I cant wait to play this game!
