Kana Party Joining bug

I'm trying to swpa Kana back into the party, he appears on the map but not as a party member.  You can talk to him including dialog "Lets be on our way" but he does not join the party.

 

(What is the path for save games on STEAM?  the thread supposedly dealing with this wa sun-helpful)

I have the same issue, made another chanter to replace him but now I miss all the dialogue etc...

Configure browser push notifications
