This is an easily reproducable bug that allows duping consumables (definitely food and potions) once you have moderate quantities of them (over two stacks, maybe somewhat less).

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put 15 potions / food items / [anything that stacks and can go to quickslots] to your stash

2. Empty your quickslots

3. Double-click stacked items in your stash

Result: a stack goes to your quickslot, however you still have items on your cursor and can release them back to stash.

 

Tried this with dragon meat, various foods and a couple of potions I had large quantities of.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
