Can chanter change existing spells?

I'm a few hours in at lv.2 and I've got 2 summon chant (the one summon 3 skeletons and another that summon phantom).

It seems only one summoning invocation per chanter can be in effect at a time, therefore I wonder if I can change existing spells for another.   

 

Also can any other classes summon or only chanters get to summon?  Thanks in advance.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
