I'm not sure if this is a bug or not.

 

I rescued Saeda and turned off the tower, and returned to the Crucible Keep to talk to Wyla, only the only available dialog option is "I'm still looking into it".

 

Am I missing something, or is this a bug?  The quest appears to be greyed out in my journal.

I think you are doing the quest to find her missing people? if so look in the crypt at the right side of the map top side

Ah, thanks, I didn't even notice that that was a separate Task.

The journal would have told you.
