No beards for female dwarfs?

I just launched the game for the first time, and discovered that there is no option to give a beard to a female dwarf character. As everyone knows that female dwarfs are capable of growing lush facial hair, this detracts from immersion and impairs my character concept. I sincerely hope this will be rectified in a patch soon.

I'm not sure that dwarven women in the Pillars of Eternity game world *do* have beards. ...But even if it's not patched in for you, I'm sure there will be mods. :)
