Two of the same class buff missing?

Early on during the kickstarter some developer talked about how having two of the same class would give you a buff of some sort. Like if you're playing a wizard you would get a buff when Aloth is in the party. This was because people usually just didn't party with same class NPCs so they wanted to change that. I liked the idea, because that's what I usually did, and it makes sense. People from the same class would work better together since they know their class.

 

But I can't seem to find the buff anywhere in the character panel.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.

  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
