[Description of the issue]

Lle a Rhemen puzzle does not trigger if you let Nridak(Vithrack downstairs) go with the benevolent option.

 

[DETAILED list of steps to reproduce the issue AND what to look for]

Example:

1) Download save from here https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6Lpze1jzJTaWU5rRmZwNndaMXM/view?usp=sharing (was too big to upload here) and load it.

2) Try to complete the puzzle. Main character is holding the spear in hand and 2 characters are standing on the right stones.

 

[Expected behaviour]

Puzzle should be completed but nothing happens.

 

[Other remarks / Comments]

I reloaded my game from earlier point and instead killed Nridak and the puzzle completed just fine.

Does not seem to be a bug. Nridak is holding the soul vessel needed to complete the ritual, which you loot from his corpse.

 

By letting him go, you're choosing to give up the unique weapon in favour of peace.

You're right I checked it myself too. Nridek drops soul vessel which is required for the ritual. I'll mark this as solved / this thread may be removed.

Yes I had problems with this too. I was stuck in this cave for some time and even rolled back and played from a save way back because I assumed I messed up or that it bugged. Seems that you can't get his soul if you are nice and who needs power when you are nice
