I need to take the ornate sword hilt from one of the gold piles in the hidden room for "The blade of the endless paths" side quest.

 

My Problem is that the hidden switch on the wall didnt show up when I searched for it in stealth mode.

 

Is this a bug?

I have this problem as well, just on the 9th level.

 

Out of curiosity, what is your level? Maybe it is level based. I am level 8, and i can't detect traps either on levels above 9th.

    You need a very high mechanics to spot the switch

    You need at least MECHANIC LEVEL 6
