New Game Bug : Can't trigger Reach the camp quest (Game Breaking)

I return to the camp and go through the text with the leader, and eventually start a fight. After the fight that storm is supposed to trigger however, 3 new games in a row nothing happens. No event triggers and the caravan master when trying to speak with him says he is busy.

    I have exactly the same problem / bug when I play as a ranger....

    Can confirm, this also happens with Chanter. The combat (music) never ends so the quest can't continue.

    If you skip summoning skeletons the questline will continue.
