Does anyone know how XP works. I've noticed that NPCs that aren't in the party get quest XP, and combat XP is pretty minimal. What I want to know is whether everything is divided or whether everyone gets the same lump. Say 1/6 of party XP for want of any actual figures. 

 

 

If it's divided that would give you a rather severe penalty for having created a large roster of NPCs. I don't actually mind that the game is pretty stingy with handing out XP, it cuts down on the grinding too when you get no XP for combat.
