Zoomed in to far, Zoom Stuck

I changed to default zoom level as outlined by a devloper here. I obviously did something incorrectly as since as soon as i zoomed in I went much to far, I cannot however zoom out. I tried changing it back to the listed defaults of .75 and 1.5 but everytime I zoom in it goes much to far and continues to get stuck at that zoom level. It happenes across any save, and I tried reinstalling but it seems to have kept all my settings. Where are the game settings stored so I can delete that file.

On Windows, the values for min / max zoom are stored in the registry at

 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Obsidian Entertainment\Pillars of Eternity

^if you delete those values, the game should use the default zoom range (seems to be 0.5 to 1.5) next time you run it.
