Reputation level not showing?

Right at the beginning of the game when you talk to the vendor it says you gained a rank in disposition reputation. I don't see this reflected on my character sheet.

 

Is this a bug?

It doesn't show up until you do more activities in that reputation. I had three 'diplomatic' choices before the character sheet started displaying it.

Thanks, just wanted to make sure. The tutorial text is a bit misleading.
