Yeah, I may be a little vain, but first thing I did, look in the credits... I am not even in there at all.

I doubled checked, I submitted my survey confirming the spelling of my name. Michael Campbell.

Spoke to customer support via email. Seems I missed the deadline back in 2014. So I get patched in, but miss being in the printed stuff.
