So it says this amulet gives a 1.15 healing bonus.  Does this affect healing spells cast by the wearer?  Or healing received by the wearer?  The tool tip does not say as far as i can see.

I just tested it. It only affects healing spells/abilities you cast on yourself or other people. There is no passive benefit to receiving healing.
