(SOLVED) Can't Leave Cilant Lis

Completed the content here.  Went back into the cave, came back out.   The map shows the road leaving, but I can't go that way.  I've exited the game, reloaded, no help.  So, ah...help!

If you hold tab to bring up interact able objects are you seeing a compass icon to the left side of the area in the Ruins Exterior?

I have the same problem. I have searched everything.

 

After I had left the cave I initiated the cutscene, saved the game and quit.

Today, I looted everything while I had these "visions" and "portal things" appearing. Now I have no option and no way out of the ruin. Did I miss something?
