Since I imagine many small patches will be released shortly.

From my experience if a new update is available then gog will mark that game in your library with an "updated" tag. Just select the game in your library and you will se all the available patches listed there for you to download.

    Gog is always behind steam for patches, steam can update may small patches before gog releases a larger patch, this is just my experience anyway.

    Yes, be prepared to wait for a few days after a patch is released before it appears on GOG. They create their own installers for it and test it before releasing it. This delays the release.
