I bought a physical copy of the game ,half of it installed from disk and the rest is downloading from steam...why is this and is there a workaround,any help would be appreciated.

I suspect that the game has been updated since the Physical copies were shipped and Steam is downloading those updates.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
