Physical Reward Shipments – Wrong Address – Who to Contact?

I just received an email notification that my physical rewards is being shipped and to expect it on the 30th or 31st.  The issue is, they are shipping to my old address, not the address that I currently have registered in the backer portal.

 

Who is the best contact to get this resolved?  I assume my shipment is still at the warehouse, but I don’t know how to get this corrected.  I submitted a ticket with Paradox but their system says they are backed up and are trying to reply within 72 hours.

 

To have this go to the wrong address even though I had updated the address information when I moved is very frustrating.
