Just started a game for the first time and created a Fire Godlike with aumaua body type, only to be met with an ugly clipping issue.

I'm getting this same issue as well. Could be a problem with the Godlike race as I'm one too. Shame as I really wanted to rock this cloak the whole game.

We've added it to our database.  It's occurs with Aumaua bodytypes.

I got the same problem, even though it's all races and body types, the cape just floats behind my character with no physics. Looks really awkward.
