Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but i'm unable to even log into the site to download manage my account.  I've tried to reset my password multiple times but I always end up with an error 500 Something went wrong.  I've tried this on multiple computers as well, i'm just at a loss as to what to do, please help.

HTTP Error 500 is an "Internal server error". So probably some kind of server overload/problem. Obsidian gets back in office in about 2 hours 45 mins from now. Try then and see if that makes any difference.

I've tried to access my account for several days now, but still no luck.

As far as I can tell there isn't a support number to call to get someone to look at my problem directly.

I have emailed support@obsidian.net a couple of times but haven't got a response back, which is understandable considering how chaotic it must be for those guys right now.

Getting to the website at all right now is iffy for me.

Finally got there and started downloading the pdf/extras, but even those are going at turtle speed.

Gut feeling here is server load, meaning wait until the traffic calms down...

i cant logon either i get the same error message 500 something went wrong

after several tries it eventually worked and i was able to logon and get my key took almost 1 hour but it worked in the end

I have a similar issue - can't login, I only receive 'Error in exception handler.' and 'Fatal error. Please try again later.Error in exception handler.' messages. Though it doesn't look like 500 error, response has normal code - 200.
