Nature godlike mechanics question

So this race give us the wellspring of life passive:when you get below 50% hp your stats are boosted : might , con, dex.

Might and Dex seems obvious boost.But how does Con boost work?

If i for example have 100 endurance, and i get down to 50 ( or 49 ? ) now i get the bonuses

So do i get overal endurance ( and health ) boost? like now i got 60 endurance from 120 total?- i dont see it working any other way .
