[435] Crash when loading a save

Got a crash when loading a previous save. I was in combat in Lle A Rhemen, loading a save in the area.

The crash was caused by Null Object Reference - something about UIMapTooltip, UIManager and GameState.Update - uploaded my log to go with the report.
