March 9, 201510 yr Puts your character into combat, so you can use charm/dominate enemies w/out needing to really be in combat. It can abused a bit. Easy to reproduce/test, take a cipher w/high stealth and cast it on a target - say a wood beetle. It won't come at your character, it will just stand there.
