Crossbow:

 

22-33 base damage

40 interrupt

no penalties

Pistol:

17-25 base damage
30 interrupt
-0.3 crit mult
-5 Accuracy

They have exactly the same attack/reload speed (even though the hit frame and recovery/reload lengths are different, they meet up at the same point)

Crossbow is flat out better.

Pistol needs a slight bump (don't nerf the Crossbow).
