[435] Combusting Wounds VFX and damage linger

In this video I have two characters that have been hit by the spell Combusting Wounds (crit). The VFX lasts for a very long time after combat, and so does the ticking damage.

 

I have a feeling that the effects of the spell are supposed to end at the end of the combat state or something, like other DoTs and VFX from combat.
