Capes and Cloaks change texture/shader/color depending on what race/gender combo has them equipped. They seem to work close to correctly on Male Dwarves but borked on everyone else.

 

I started reporting several cape color issues here, but they're all probably related to this bug

 

The texture quality on capes also looks really low, like something nasty happened when it went through a texture optimization pass.

Hey, I think the colour from the cloak is including/blending with the characters primary colour.

It is in some cases, I have to investigate that issue because it doesn't always do that.
