[392] Combat log killed line sometimes comes before damage

With the new changes to how AoE damage is displayed in the combat log, there seems to be an issue where the "killed" line is coming before the damage dealt.

Expected Result: The killed by line should come after the AoE damage section, and Wounds gained for the Monk should probably be after the damage as well. Since the damage was dealt from the same instance, the Wounds gained line should be compressed into "gained 10 wounds" or whatever.
