[392] Characters won't move (persists through save/load)

My characters stopped responding to move commands. This happened right after a fight ended.

I tried saving and reloading, but it still happens. I'm also seeing a massive framerate drop, so I'm guessing it's the path-finding changes.

 

Save game attached.

 

Completely exiting the game and "continue"ing fixed the issue. Suggesting it's something that persists reloading a save, but not a game restart.
