Still able to pledge?

I've been reading some posts here that mention pledges not being taken past August 22nd. However if you manage pledges it still let's you add pledges and upgrade existing ones. Is this Pre-ordering? Homepage still says Pre-orders coming soon.

No, but on the Obsidian main page it says Preorders Coming Soon.

 

I think they only allow people to link old pledges, not make new ones, through the pledge management system.

I was just able to pledge. I guess you can still do so as long as it's digital.
