Game crashed when talking with ogre (windows key used during dialog)

Ok, went to talk with the ogre in the cave, upon cycling through the dialog options the game crashed.

 

At the time of the crash I did attempt to get out of the game via windows key, but all seems ok now when attempting to replicate the crash.

 

Save file and crash dump attached.

 

In case it's specific to my PC I've also attached dxdiag.
