Guest Posted August 24, 2014 Posted August 24, 2014 Is this a bug or intended functionality? BB Wizard uses Necklace of Fireballs, but each charge used counts against his 3rd level spell usage. The point of magical items and scrolls is to avoid this kind of thing, right? If it's a bug, I'll post it in the other forum. If this is working as intended, can we talk about it?
