Options Menu Buttons Disappear

I've noticed an issue where, if I click on any of the three middle buttons on the left of the Options window, all of those side buttons go blank:

When this happens, clicking the top or bottom of those side buttons brings back these button labels.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
