Almost none of the bugs are repeatable, leaving savegames to be quite unhelpful, and I will simply list the issues I have found, with screenshots or explanations. I have not had a CTD, but game has frozen or become uncontinuable forcing me to terminate it manually.
1. Randomly unable to close GUI screens. Not sure if a problem loading or otherwise. For example, character record screen X in the corner does not respond. Picked up a grimoire from bandits, opening it to examine left me unable to stop examining it. All spell slots were empty, but on reload (after alt+f4) there were spells in it. Opened enchantment menu, but it was empty of all entries. It worked fine after restart. Each time it happens, alt+f4 is the only solution, as not even esc menu will respond.
2. At one point I was unable to save, not by f5 or by options menu. Leaving the area (spider cave) made the game stop responding. Though the cursor did change from movement to impassable, so it might have succeeded in some part of the loading. Had to terminate through task manager.
3. Random and uncorrolated dissapearance of items in first slot. This has been reported before, but I notice it is only weapon set 1. Having expensive items in slot 2 and the easily replaceable items in set1 makes game fully playable but it is a problem. Only seems to vanish on loading/saving/area change, but then again, I haven't been 100% thorough in checking.
4. Whenever you load, it always reverts back to weapon set 1, even though (from reasons point above entails) I mostly use weapon set 2.
5. AI stops acting, both party and not party, but not all, and not for any reasons I see.
6. Confusing regarding what action you are doing, as in: "why is my party moving to enemy and not attacking them?" "Why is my party hitting one of its own?" Clicking A for attack seems to not do anything some of the time, and some of the time it is the only way to attack enemies. What is difference between right click and left click. It seems to kinda blur some of the time, and I don't really know what is going on. Some interface help would be appreciated.
7. At one point scrolling in and out would only move shadows (as if zoom worked), all objects, characters and backgrounds would remain unchanged.
8. BB Rogue being targeted a lot. Don't know if this is a deliberate thing, but my BB Fighter and bear companion are in some encounters unattacked. This has led to considerable exploit possibility as characters sometimes refuse to attack anything but the rogue and he can run in circles letting friends hit his pursuers, but they never getting in range to attack the rogue. Not sure if AI bug, or balance issue.
10. Ranger companion buggy. This has been reported, but I will list the two bugs I've seen.
A: Companion knocked out (0 stamina), but ranger can still move and attack. Stamina bar for ranger was full as well.
B: The companion circle in portrait GUI missing or white. Seems to be missing most of the time now.
C: You have no idea what stats the companion have. What is its skills? Since it can help in skillchecks, knowing what it has would be helpful.
11. Quest items bugged. Skull key triggered no special options when interacting with the skull+keyhole statue event dialogue. Ogre head in quest inv not triggering quest completed option when talking with pig farmer. The "tattered note" which did not enter quest item inventory unlocked a new dialogue option with the tanner.
12. Action list unclear and characters too close for over the head GUI to be useful. When grouped up the over the head GUI overlap making them hard to read quickly. Having the same information over portraits, or scaling them down when close together might fix it.
13. Selecting specific party members is unresponsive. It takes several clicks, or only one to select a specific party member when entire party is selected.
14. It seems you can change spell target while casting it, if you have spellcaster (in my case BB Wizard) selected. While he is casting the rolling flame spell, I can click anywhere else and the spell targets that instead. This is counterintuitive and should be much better displayed if it is intentional.
15. It should be displayed if a weapon is reloaded or not. I have literally no idea if my weapon is reloaded or not when moving my character. Considering the long reload time on the Arquebus, this is a problem.
16. Things automatically moved to stash, picking up items with double-click when character had full bags sent it to stash. With no display/message/prompt telling me it had. Eventually I understood, but it looked like the item just magically dissappeared at first. This also applies to crafting ingredients, which all seem to go to magical wonderland when put in the inventory of the main character. (But still take bag space when in another inventory)
18. When I hit an enemy with my ranger, it applies "RANGER_NAME attack" presumably because it is an effect needed to trigger some of the ranger/companion help abilities. Though seeing this extra message after every attack is a lot of unneccessary text.
19. Sometimes after leaving a menu (such as ivnentory record etc), game remains paused, not depausing from spacebar. Clicking esc+esc always fixes the problem.

9. A cloak is hovering in all the 3D character screens. A static dark grey cloak, which is clipping with the models. It is not dependent on character size and identical for all. https://www.dropbox.com/s/xrbx2btfrswkqvl/2014-08-19_00001.jpg

17. Excessive or poorly explained buff lists above characters. Such as "BB Fighter" https://www.dropbox.com/s/hj5rqzjhyod1b1a/2014-08-19_00002.jpg I assume it is an unimplemented asset, but posting it just in case.
