Quickloading just turns the screen black, without loading anything

Just tried quickloading after my BB Rogue disappeared entirely after using the Escape skill. The screen went black with the loading icon in lower right, but nothing happened for a long time. I noticed I could still select my characters by drawing a green selection box with the mouse pointer, and I still heard selection sounds and command sounds when I clicked around. Wouldn't know how to reproduce this.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
