So unfortunately I can't fully recreate the problem, which I understand is necessary, but the issue (Random party member or player character can't move, only changes direction, whilst everyone is moving just fine) seems to happen after combat. So far at least.

 

I've managed to get by via quick-saving and just reloading which gets the character moving again.
