[Description of the issue]
The quest notification text and the loading screen graphic are misaligned/being cut off by the screen edge.

[steps to Reproduce]
To reproduce, use default settings with a 2560x1440 fullscreen resolution and:
1 - Get a new quest and observe the quest popup text.
2 - Load a save and observe the loading screen graphic.

[Expected Behavior]
All parts of the text and graphics should be visible on the screen.

[Other Notes]
This happens with a full screen 1920x1080 as well, so it isn't a specific resolution issue.

Text run off in higher resolutions is a known issue. We are working on a fix.
