Ogre quest bugged

Killed the ogre, have it's head, no option to turn in the quest.  

solution to this is to MAKE SURE YOUR MAIN character loots the head. On my second go through i looted it with the dwarf if I moved it to my main character it would disappear. And alot of the weapons seemed to disappear as well sometimes.
