Can backers buy a beta key add-on any time during the beta?

 

For example, a backer who won't have access to his computer until early September.

To add a little detail -- the "Backer Portal" will be available until August 22nd (both the backer tiers like "game for $30", and the addons such as the beta access, t-shirt, mousepad, etc.*)
