Save file lost. Need help ( Save request)

So my save file is completly gone. I don't knwo what happened. But its gone.

 

So my request is for a save file sometime before going to that other area when you have to get a passport. (Trying to avoid spoilers).

 

Sometime before that.

I thought there was Steam Cloud support? Your savegame should be in the cloud.
