I acquired the dragon shout special move and then used it in the call the banners quest in detention sentence where you need to dragon shout to get past the fire, but for some reason I can't dragon shout, and I have tried the right moves i am 100% sure they are and even tried every single thinkable solution but it doesn't let me do it anywhere and it is so frustrating!!!

The moves that you "learn" and the moves you actually have to perform in the game are actually different. In the game, all you need to do is face the object, hold the right stick down, then push the right stick up. You don't actually need to do anything with the left stick for the dragon shout.

you have to press R1 and select dragon shout, that'll do it

What if Dragon Fart isn't showing up on your R1 dial and your abilites tab shows you actually have it already? I'm sick of being stuck here on my day off.

Nevermind. It started working after a few restarts.

Maybe same problem what was in xbox.

 

If the battery is week in your consol You cant make the shout. So first check the batteries.
