Problem with playing Cartman's Radio

This was just something that happened to me and it could have just been a one time thing, but when I turned on Cartman's radio and remained in the room for a while, what happened was at one point in the song that was playing the game just up and crashed. Any thoughts on what this could be?

Have you updated with the latest patch and have you verified all of your files via STEAM (assuming its the PC version, might be wrong)?

I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man

I'm pretty sure that I have it up to date AND that I'm validating all the game files right now, I'll get back to you once I have all of that finished!
