I'm new in the forum and i'm a fan of Baldur's gate-like games,

I don't know if someone already purpose this idea , so sorry if i repeat something.. as i seen on the web many application as "elfize yourslef" or "goblionize yourself" where you are demanded to charge a your pic than the application transform your face into a golbin or an elf or anything...
would be possible to set this application for the avatar of RPG games like Pilars of Eternity ? what do yuo think ?

I don't think so, as that was one of the higher level reward tiers.

If it's inspired by Infinity Engine, you should be able to use custom portraits in the game. A third party application (or better yet, a commission) would allow you to get what you want.
