Error code: 51, can't launch the game

Recently I haven't been able to launch South Park: SoT.

 

I played the game with absolutely no problem for 2 weaks, but now I can't even start it. Whe I try to launch the game I get the following message:

"South Park: The Stick of Truth failed to start (error code 51)

 

Some website suggested renaming "steamapps" folder to "old_steamapps" and reinstall the game. I did that, but it didn't help one bit.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Updated the game today and now face the same issue. I let Steam check the game files' integrity, which resulted in "everything ok", restarted Steam, all to no avail. Would be nice to know how to fix this issue and be able to play again

The first one was it :D Have to disable FSecure DeepGuard to be able to play. Thank you!

 

Just shows how intrusive a DRM Steam is... *sigh* The list from the second link is funny too - "please uninstall AVG, Nod32, AdAware, SpySweeper, Firewall, etc." xD
