CTD during cutscene pls halp

Hi guys i got ctd during a lot of cutscene. The rest of gameplay is perfectly fine. This is the error msg, i know its italian but its easy to understand.

if someone can help me it would be great i gave 40 euro for this game and i cant play it.....

ps. i got a new win 7 pro installation, newest drivers and avira free antivurus, my spec are way too high for this game

Do you know how to check your windows event viewer? Its under administrative tools in the control panel, Under there you will see windows log, then aplications. Check for the south park ding, it will have a bit more information then this. It shoudl give you a path to the file that failed itself. Also did you alter the launch files at all to skip the intro? Thats causing some big bugs for people./

ps. i didnt altered the video file or anithing other file of the game installation verified the cache with steam says all ok....
